About Us

Scotlet’s directors, John and Lynda Boyle, have been in the Scottish Property Scene for a total of over fifty years and have built up their own portfolio one property at a time.

John graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics with marketing in 1983 and moved straight into property. John initially worked with a firm of solicitors as their Estate Agent/Property Manager and mortgage broker. He then set up John C Boyle Property Management in December 1987. Lynda qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and joined the family business in 1995.

John and Lynda then built up the letting agency to manage over two hundred properties in the West of Scotland before successfully selling it in December 2014.

At the same time, they were slowly and carefully constructing their own portfolio, sourcing each property individually.

The combination of their academic backgrounds and practical experience has given them a unique insight into the Scottish private rental sector and consequently are ideally placed to help you achieve your property goals here, in Scotland.
